[b]Position you are applying for: ODST commander   [/b][b]Why do you want the position you are applying for?(50  words minimum):  i have been a intelligence director before, twice, as RI director, and II director for star wars servers, i have the knowledge and the know how to operate at peak compacity, competent, and have been strict but fair in the past, ive been multiple ground force commanders, frontline commanders, and spec ops  What kind of experience do you have being A leader on Halo RP? Any Commander Positions or Officer ranks in the past?  i have no halo leadership experience  Outside of Halo RP, have you had any leadership positions on other server/games? If so, state what they are:  RI and II Directors, 104th commander, imperial 501st commander, clone 501st commander , Sector commander, imperial navy Petty officer 2C  In your own words, what makes a good commander?(150 word Minimum):  i am smart, think on the fly, fight to the end, analyze every outcome commander, who will stick up for his troops if need be, or berate them if so, ive been able to cordinate entire forces in combat, and leaves no soldier behind[/b] [b]Why should we consider your application over other applications?(50 word Minimum):  i am competent, intellegent, analytical, and tactical, often making tactics to sort out plans for combat  How would you run the Regiment you are applying for? Anything regarding how hard the tryouts are, seriousness, organization, anything else you think should go here:  tryouts will be difficult but not hard, with only those recomended being able to tryout, i would run it with seriousness during events, despite the joke here and there, and on normal playthroughs semi serious but maintain composure. Organization in chain of command will be based off of the lore, with a guide book to outline what is expected and how officers should tryout soldiers  What do you know about the Regiment that you are applying for?(50 word minimum): ODST, or "helljumpers" are the marine corps rapid response team, deploying to where they are needed the most, best known for droping from orbit in a armored drop pod, normally into the toughest fighting the covenant war saw  [/b][b]How well are you at working with others, specifically other commanders on a scale of 1-10. 10 being The greatest? [/b] depending on the person 6 to 10 [b]                                                                                                               --------------------Situation Questions-------------------- [/b] [b]How would you handle a trooper disobeying orders on the battlefield:  i would try to order him again, if he does not obeys, he will be detained and tried for insubordination, and punished accordingly[/b] [b]You are preparing an assault on a Covenant force, you have 1 Scorpion and 50 troopers available including yourself. How would you do it:   i would split my forces into platoons of 10, coordinating on striking on all sides, preforming hit and run tactics, using the Scorpion to take out any armored or vehicles, and slowly move in after dwindling the enemy force.[/b] [b]You are heavily outnumbered by enemy forces and you are preparing a retreat. You spot a squad further ahead being pinned down and with no way to escape.
